During a meeting we take pictures of a white-board so that the audience can see what's being written on it. The cable worked perfectly and it's a very cost effective solution.

It works fine for that purpose, but I think that the signal strength drops off a bit too much. I successfully run a webcam over it as well for Skype but I cannot get my iPod to stay connected or sync if I plug it into the cable.
